Leading Salesforce implementation partner appoints Helen Peterson as CEO and Peter Breusch as CTO to lead 65 percent headcount growth in 2022
Salesforce implementation company Fullcrm is expanding its leadership team to deliver more value than ever to Australian supply chain businesses needing support to execute a successful digital transformation.
Fullcrm’s vision has always been to equip supply chain businesses with cutting-edge technology to help them compete and thrive in a global market. Its team of experienced Salesforce specialists assist businesses to create long-term resilience by providing timely data to their customer base and collaborating efficiently with their up and down supply chain partners.
Former Managing Director Helen Peterson has taken on the role of CEO to escalate the company’s vision and long-term strategy. “Over the past six months, we have put key leaders in place to oversee the daily implementation of our strategy and help our clients achieve their long-term transformation goals,” says Helen. “Digital transformation isn’t a quick, one-time project. It should boost customer centricity, improve productivity and be achieved through continuous improvement.”
“With our solid leadership team and our expansion into Queensland, more businesses will be able to get more out of us,” says Helen. “Salesforce administrators are often expected to be the architect, developer, tester and trainer all rolled into one. Instead, companies can engage Fullcrm as a long-term partner and make the most of our extensive product knowledge. We can help them successfully execute their digital transformation through measured continuous improvement on the Salesforce platform.”
Peter Breusch has moved into the role of CTO to focus on innovation and further support delivery to ensure Fullcrm’s solutions continue to drive quality and value. “Fullcrm has always delivered quality implementations,” says Peter. “For a services company, consistency is extremely valuable. We have never compromised on our speed to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. My focus is to ensure that our quality isn’t compromised as we scale.”
Earlier this year, Fullcrm appointed cloud industry leader Paulette Hogan as its delivery solutions and strategy director to power growth. The company will also welcome a highly experienced sales director to drive the sales team and plans to increase its headcount by 65 per cent across its Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices in 2022.
“With Fullcrm, companies get a boutique partner experience,” says Helen. “We offer the same expertise as global system integrators without the price tag. And with Fullcrm, you get much more personalised service.”
