Fullcrm hires service delivery leader Paulette Hogan to power 2022 growth
Fullcrm has appointed cloud industry leader Paulette Hogan as its delivery solutions and strategy director. This key hire is fundamental to the company’s planned significant growth in 2022-2023, which focuses on service delivery excellence as a means of increasing market share.
“We aim for 5-star customer rated solutions every time. And we have a proven foundation, built on the three levers of people, processes and systems, to continually deliver them. Paulette’s experience will help Fullcrm build upon our three levers to achieve our revenue goals whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction,” says Fullcrm managing director Helen Peterson.
Expanding our footprint
COVID has accelerated the demand for customer-centric systems and digital processes to support remote working, as well as clients who need additional flexibility from their staff and service providers. Fullcrm has the opportunity to meet that demand by expanding its reach within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in industries where it holds specialist skills and deep expertise, including retail consumer goods, distribution and manufacturing. Extending both the capacity and capability of its service delivery team under the leadership of its new director of delivery solutions, as well as increasing its investment in the pre-configured components Fullcrm has built to accelerate project timelines and lower up-front project costs, will help to accomplish this .
Winner of the 2019 Salesforce APAC Implementation Partner of the Year (SMB/Mid Market) award, Fullcrm will continue to build on that solid foundation to cultivate its broader service offerings while simultaneously maintaining the highest standard of project and managed services delivery.
Doubling capacity and capability
Paulette Hogan, whose career history includes Appirio, KPMG, Salesforce and Oracle, brings to the role many years of experience in delivering large scale programs of work into a variety of industries, including Utilities, Government and Financial Services. “Paulette’s depth of experience in mid-large scale technology and change implementation provides our team with an additional level of expertise,” Helen says, adding; “Her people and culture focus will bring a shot of energy to our already outstanding consulting team.”
