Fullcrm in Phuket wins APAC Implementation Partner in SMB & MM!

Last week Fullcrm were in Phuket attending the inaugural APAC partner conference. The week was a huge success thanks to the exceptional organisation by the Salesforce and CAPITAL-e teams.
It was an honour for Fullcrm to have been invited to attend as it was a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with other partners in the region.

Meeting 2019 Australians of the Year
We were privileged to have both our current Australians of the Year, Dr Craig Challen and Dr Richard Harris take time to speak to us on their incredible Thai Cave Rescue in 2018 .
What stuck out the most was their approach to making decisions under immense pressure and dealing with differing opinions in the team. Everyone’s opinion was heard and considered. Once the approach was decided, there was a 100% commitment from the team whether it was their belief or not. The fast decisions made did not mean a lack of thorough consideration, they just had to work through the situation at pace and then commit.
I had the great fortune to have a couple of drinks with both Craig and Richard after and found them to be humble, down to earth blokes, who did an extraordinary thing.
Volunteering at the Elephant Sanctuary
All the partners had the option to volunteer at the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. It was an amazing experience to give back to a sanctuary that helps rescue, retire and rehabilitate elephants that have suffered from working in the trekking and logging industries. It was all hands ons deck from the partners to help prepare the food, and clean the night shelters and water troughs!
We Won APAC Implementation Partner of the Year for SMB & MM!
I could not have been more proud when I heard Fullcrm read out as APAC Implementation Partner of the Year SMB & MM for The Forum Group project. The recognition of success is shared with everyone at Fullcrm and the Forum and Salesforce teams who have all worked with us as partners focusing on the project. Much has been achieved in a short time and it is a pleasure to be part of.
We are very much looking forward to attending the APAC Partner Executive Exchange for 2020!
