What is the Salesforce AppExchange?
The AppExchange is an online marketplace for Salesforce apps, components and consulting services to help businesses extend the functionality of Salesforce across every department and industry.

- Level I Specialist: have proven to Salesforce that they possess the knowledge to deliver customer success in a cloud or industry vertical.
- Level II Specialist: have proven to Salesforce that they have the knowledge and experience to deliver on complex projects in a cloud or industry vertical while maintaining high levels of customer success.
- Expert: have proven to Salesforce that they are thought leaders in a cloud or industry vertical. They can handle the largest and most complex projects and achieve the highest standards of customer success.
The levels are awarded based on a partner’s achievement with:
- Knowledge: measured by the number of credentials
- Experience: measured by the number of completed projects
- Quality: measured by customer satisfaction scores
